Transport International Holdings Limited Appoints Roger Lee Chak Cheong as its Alternate Director and to the Kowloon Motor Bus Company Limited and Long Win Bus Company Limited, Effective April 1, 2013

The board of directors of Transport International Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Roger Lee Chak Cheong, in
place of Mr. Yung Wing Chung, as Alternate Director to Mr. Raymond Kwok Ping Luen of the company and of its subsidiary companies, The Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933) Limited and Long Win Bus Company Limited, with effect from April 1, 2013. Mr. Roger Lee Chak Cheong, aged 50, is the Head of the Transport Advisory Department of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited.
