5/2021 - Information on the conclusion of a significant contract by a subsidiary, Kauno Tiltai Sverige AB

Management Board of Trakcja S.A. ('Company', 'Issuer') announces that today it has become aware of the fact that on 16 February 2021 a contract was signed between the Issuer's subsidiary, Kauno Tiltai Sverige AB (with its registered office in Sweden), and the Skellefteå City Council ('Employer') for the execution of the following construction works: 'New wooden bridge over the Skellefteälven River' ('Contract').

The subject of the Agreement is the construction of a new bridge for pedestrian, bicycle and vehicular traffic. The contract covers all the work, including delivery and installation in accordance with the tender documentation.

Total net value of the Contract amounts to SEK 202,847,706 (PLN 90,733,778.89 - according to the exchange rate as of the day of signing the contract). The work being the subject of the Contract is to be completed by 31.08.2023.

Other terms of the Contract do not differ from those commonly used for this type of contracts.

The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish this information as the value of the Contract constitutes a significant share in the portfolio of contracts implemented by the subsidiary company, Kauno Tiltai Sverige AB.
