Thomas Cook Group plc Announces Board Changes, Effective May 9, 2019

Thomas Cook Group plc announced that Independent Non-Executive Director Lesley Knox has been appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 9 May 2019 when Warren Tucker steps down. Lesley served on the Remuneration Committee for three years.
