How long have I been with Telefónica and how would you rate my time here?

After a phone call on 28 December 1999, the possibility of working for Telefónica became a reality. Twelve months had passed since the start of the scholarship, a very special time and one that stays with you, along with those of us who were there for the rest of Telefónica's life.

I am not one of those who feel that time passes quickly and so I would say of these 25 years, in which I have been able to serve in Telefonica in two areas, Budget Control and People. The day I started working in what used to be called Human Resources, now People, it gave me a very special feeling to be able to see an employee behind the need for which we were looking for a solution; I still remember that feeling. Is there any project at Telefónica that you feel particularly satisfied with or proud of?

I have felt special and it has given me joy to see myself in my time as an intern, in which I consider that I played a special role in helping us to get to know each other. I am also proud of the many programmes in which I participated from the window to the world of volunteering, such as the ThinkBig project and the Solidarity Holidays, which allowed us to create networks that have been of special support to many of us.What do you think Telefónica has contributed to society?

We are an entity that favours being in contact and confronts us with technology and our humanity, one is tremendously changing and the other is permanent, 100 years have passed of such changes that have challenged us humanly.Where do you see Telefónica in the future?

Telefónica as a company was one and now there are many and in the future I believe there will be more.

Telefónica, as a key player in a key area today, will be increasingly European.

Telefónica in my life will be an increasingly interesting memory.Could you live without a mobile phone?

I am 50 years old and we started from a world without a mobile phone to this one. I miss things like looking each other in the eye more, but I think the main direction is this, looking at each other through screens.Help us solve one of the great enigmas of humanity: the potato omelette... With onion or without onion?

Onion omelette with potatoes, yes.Suggest a crazy idea that you would like Telefónica to do for its centenary

That the Tour of Spain cycling race would start and finish in the T District.Nominate another colleague to appear in this section.

I nominate Enrique Sánchez López.
