Personnel changes in the technotrans Group: Effective May 1, 2020, the Supervisory Board will expand the Board of Management of technotrans SE to include Michael Finger, who will initially assume responsibility for sales in the new markets division. Changes also in the Supervisory Board: Dieter Schäfer has resigned for personal reasons. Andrea Bauer will be proposed as his successor at the Annual General Meeting on May 20, 2020. Based on the COVID-19 legislation, technotrans will hold a virtual Annual General Meeting this year at the originally planned time. Michael Finger will become a new member of the Board of Management of technotrans SE effective May 1, 2020. As CSO within the Group, the 49-year-old graduate mechanical engineer will initially assume responsibility for sales on the so-called new markets. Mr. Finger has previously held various management positions internationally, including at Hella, TT Electronics and Winkelmann Automotive.
