On January 19, 2021, TC PipeLines, LP (the "Partnership") issued a news release
(the "News Release") announcing a fourth quarter 2020 cash distribution of $0.65
per common unit payable on February 12, 2021 to common unitholders of record on
January 29, 2021. A copy of the News Release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this
report and is incorporated herein by reference.
