Dr. Christian Walti resigns from his CEO mandate as of 31.12.2022

Rorschacherberg, 12 December 2022 - Starrag Group informs with reference to the ad hoc announcement of 18 November 2022, that Dr. Christian Walti will be released from his duties as CEO as of 31 December 2022.

As also announced on 18 November 2022, Michael Hauser, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Bernhard Iseli, Member of the Board of Directors will support the Group through the transition phase until a new CEO is appointed.
