SRE Holdings Corporation (hereinafter "the Company") announces that its Board of Directors resolved at the meeting held on May 20, 2021 to propose partial amendment of Articles of Incorporation at the 7th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 14, 2021.

The business purpose is to be added to Article 3 (Purpose) of the current Articles of Incorporation in order to secure new revenue sources in real estate business and acquiring synergies by strengthening relationships with banks.
