Springfield Properties has announced the appointment of two new managing directors in its private housing division alongside a trading update showing revenue and profit growth for H1. Springfield Properties new top team: Martin Egan, Dave Main, CEO Innes Smith, Tom Leggeat and Peter MatthewsDave Main, who has been with Springfield for almost 20 years, has been promoted from development manager to managing director for the north of Scotland while Peter Matthews, a former senior executive at Keepmoat Homes and Taylor Wimpey, has joined Springfield as managing director for central Scotland. The two newly created positions form part Springfieldâ s geographic expansion plans. Main and Matthews will work alongside Dawn Homes managing director Martin Egan and affordable housing managing director Tom Leggeat as part of Springfield's newly created senior management structure following the acquisition of Dawn Homes for £20 million in May.
