significant CFO experience. With his solid background and strategic skills he
will be important for Solon in achieving its strategic ambitions, as the company
continues to grow its business and enters new markets.

Biographical Details
Finn Øistein Nordam has a proven track record of, and accountability for,
financing, financial control and reporting, accounting, tax, M&A, investor
relations, risk and compliance, and audit. 

He is a highly experienced finance leader having held a number of executive
director roles in a number of reputable and leading companies. 

Finn Øistein Nordam was the CFO of Recover Nordic Group from 2014 to 2021, the
number one Damage Control & Environmental Service provider in the Nordics, sold
to EQT in December 2019. In addition to having responsibility for all financial
matters, he professionalized the groups finance departments and had a leading
role in a series of acquisitions and refinancings.  

From 2011 to 2014, Finn Øistein Nordam was CFO of the northern European
helicopter service operator Blueway AS. And from 2008 to 2011 he held the
position as CFO of stock listed Det norske oljeselskap ASA, and before that he
was CFO of stock listed Q-Free ASA.
