Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 20 December 2021 by
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") and Solon Eiendom Holding AS.

The transaction with OBOS BBL ("OBOS") was completed on 22 December 2021 and
today on 23 December 2021, the share capital increase in which 71,882,520 shares
in Solon Eiendom ASA, corresponding to 88.11%, were transferred from SBB to
Solon Eiendom Holding AS was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises.
Following completion of the share capital increase, Solon Eiendom Holding AS
owns 71,882,520 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA, corresponding to 88.11% and SBB
owns 763,626 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA, corresponding to 0.94%. Solon Eiendom
Holding AS is owned 49.5% by each of OBOS and SBB respectively, while and
representatives from Solon management own 1%. 
The completion of the share capital increase has triggered an obligation for
Solon Eiendom Holding AS to launch a mandatory bid for the shares in Solon
Eiendom ASA in accordance with section 6-1 of the Norwegian Securities Trading
Act unless an exemption is granted by Oslo Stock Exchange in its capacity as
take-over authority. Unless such exemption is given, such mandatory offer may
run in parallel or come subsequent to the mandatory offer that was launched by
SBB on 22 December 2021. The offer price will be NOK 44 in both mandatory
offers, which is equal to the highest price both each of SBB and Solon Eiendom
Holding AS has paid for shares in Solon Eiendom ASA during the relevant six
month periods.
