SMRE SPA Today, in Austria, the Joint Venture Agreement has been signed and the NEWCO has been set-up. The company, including one of the world's leading manufacturer of combustion engines and propellers for vehicles and aircraft, will be based in Austria. SMRE will own 42% of company's stocks.
Gunskirchen, 19th June 2017 - Today has been signed the Joint Venture Agreement and has been set- up the NEWCO between SMRE Spa, leader company specialized in the development of highly technological solutions within the field of electrical mobility and BRP-ROTAX GmbH, leader in the production and development of engines, aircrafts and recreational vehicles as well as a division/company of Bombardier Recreational Product Group.The joint-venture will combine the well-established experience and the technological know-how that SMRE and BRP-Rotax hold on their respective markets, with the aim to develop and produce together technologically advanced solutions able to pursue huge opportunities resulting from new generation mobility that requires solutions even more efficient, environmentally sustainable, produced and sold on a world scale.
The new company will operate under the name of RIC_TECH GmBh and it will be based in Gunskirchen, Austria, where is also based the European subsidiary BRP-ROTAX
First result will be disclosed to the market as early as Autumn 2017 and on that occasion more details about products and technology will be disclosed as well.
