RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of SMIT Holdings Limited (the "Company"), hereby announces that the Company received a resignation letter from Mr. Liu Yang ("Mr. Liu") that Mr. Liu would resign from its position as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 25 March 2021 on his own accord due to work adjustments which require him to devote more time to his other work commitment.

Mr. Liu has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and he is not aware of other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company in connection with his resignation.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Liu for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service.
