The board of directors (the "Board") of Shengjing Bank Co., Ltd. (the "Bank" or "Shengjing Bank") is pleased to announce the unaudited interim results of the Bank for the six months ended 30 June 2017. The interim financial information for the six months ended 30 June 2017 prepared by the Bank has been reviewed by KPMG in accordance with Hong Kong Standard on Review Engagements 2410. The Board and the Audit Committee of the Board have also reviewed and approved the interim results of the Bank. This interim results announcement is published on the websites of the Bank (www.shengjingbank.com.cn) and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (www.hkexnews.hk). The interim report of the Bank for the six months ended 30 June 2017 will be despatched to shareholders and be available at the abovementioned websites in due course.
