This announcement is made by Shengjing Bank Co., Ltd. (the "Bank") pursuant to Rule 13.51(5) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Bank hereby announces that the principal place of business of the Bank in Hong Kong has been changed to Unit 4105, 41/F, Office Tower Convention Plaza, No.1 Harbour Road, Waichai, Hong Kong, with immediate effect.

The telephone and facsimile numbers of the Bank will remain unchanged.
