Hals-Development was ranked among the 100 best employers in Russia for the second time as presented in the Russian Employer Rankings 2016 published by recruitment website HeadHunter. Over 900 applications were submitted for the 2016 national ranking, of which the organizers selected 233 companies. Winners were selected based on efficiency of corporate management, polling of job applicants and internal polling of employees of the competing companies. A total of over 85,000 people were polled. As of today, Hals-Development is the only development company enlisted among the 100 best employers in Russia.
