An undisclosed buyer acquired 0.4% stake in Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A005930) from Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A032830) and Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A000810) for KRW 1.32 trillion on May 31, 2018. Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. sold 22.98 million and 4.01 million shares respectively at KRW 48800 per share. After the deals, Samsung Life's stake in Samsung Electronics fell to 7.92%, while that of Samsung Fire and Marine dropped to 1.38%.
