The Company operates through three segments, including the Property development segment relating to the development of properties for sale; the Hotel ownership segment relating to ownership of hotels, and the Property investment segment relating to the business of investing in properties to earn rentals and for capital appreciation. The Company's portfolio includes hotel Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy hotel, self-managed upscale boutique hotels, Noku Kyoto and Noku Osaka, Japan, and the first self-managed upscale resort Noku Maldives, and other investment properties in Asia-Pacific (Hotel Ownership and Property Investment).
