Contents of the Current Report:

The Management Board of ROBYG S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby informs that as of the date hereof it has been informed by the operating notice of the date of registration of 26,309,199 series H ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each and coded PLROBYG00016 ("Series H Shares"). The date of registration at KDPW (National Depository for Securities) was set for 4 August 2017.

The Company has informed about the conditional registration of Series H Shares in Current Report No. 37/2017.
