This Statement, prepared in accordance with s16(1) of the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018, sets out the actions taken by Reliance Worldwide Corporation Limited ("the Company") and its subsidiaries (together "RWC" or "the Group") to identify, assess and address modern slavery risks in our operations and supply chains during the financial year ended 30 June 2021 ("FY2021").

Each region receives copies of group policies which set out governance and conduct expectations. Region leaders are members of RWC's Senior Leadership Team and are consulted on expectations and policy matters. Abroad group comprising representatives from senior leadership, legal, company secretariat, investor relations, human resources, procurement, internal audit and risk have been consulted and involvedinpreparingthisStatement.
