We hereby inform you that Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. has given notice of termination of its appointment as Listing Agent and such termination is effective. You should expect to be notified by Reliance Capital Ltd in due course about whether they will appoint a new Listing Agent in relation to the GDRs or will assume the duties of Listing Agent themselves.
