RCS MediaGroup: Filing of documentation

Milano, 17 April 2023 - RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. informs that, with regard to the Shareholders' meeting convened for 8 may 2023, the following documentation has been filed and made available at the Company's registered office in Milan, Via Angelo Rizzoli n.8 and published on the Company's website www.rcsmediagroup.it (Section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting 2023):

• the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structures;
• the Report on remuneration policy and compensation paid, drafted pursuant to Article 123-ter of the Legislative Decree n. 58.

The above mentioned documentation is also available on Borsa Italiana S.p.A. web site (www.borsaitaliana.it) and on authorized storage SDIR & STORAGE web site (www.emarketstorage.com).

Within the due terms, the documentation referred to in Article 77, paragraph 2-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99 ("Issuers Regulation") will be available to the public at the registered office of the Company.
