Prestige Estates Projects Limited reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was INR 22,364 million compared to INR 14,277 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 32,560 million compared to INR 14,747 million a year ago. Net income was INR 8,509 million compared to INR 1,407 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 21.22 compared to INR 3.51 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 21.22 compared to INR 3.51 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was INR 39,173 million compared to INR 33,662 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 52,223 million compared to INR 34,865 million a year ago. Net income was INR 11,178 million compared to INR 3,456 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 27.88 compared to INR 8.62 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 27.88 compared to INR 8.62 a year ago.
