16/06/2023 : Premier Foods has issued a product recall and allergy alert on price marked jars (£2.99) of Sharwood's Balti Cooking Sauce 420g (barcode no: 5000354924620, best before end date JAN 2025, date code 3109 on lid). This is because they contain the ingredient ghee, which is a type of clarified butter that contains milk and has not been declared on the product label, meaning a possible health risk for anyone with a milk allergy.
