MATERIAL FACT
Positivo Tecnologia S.A. ("Company") (B3: POSI3), in compliance with CVM Resolution No. 44/2021 and CVM Instruction No. 480/2009, informs its shareholders and the market in general the future perspectives of its management for the year 2022.
We reaffirm that the Company continues with strong demand in all its Business Units and continues to accelerate its transformation process through new initiatives and investments in the so-called "Growth Avenues", resulting in a better mix of revenues and maintenance of healthy profitability levels.
We project that the Company's billion and R$6 billion.
Gross Revenue for 2022 could be between R$5 This estimate considers the following factors:
the Public Institutions Business Unit already has more than R$2.0 billion in revenue forecast for 2022 from bids already won and around 900 million in revenue from electronic ballot boxes for the same period, besides estimating a heated pipeline for the next few months;
the expansion of revenue from the payment solutions segment due to the strong pipeline of acquirers and sub-acquirers in the client portfolio;
the strong demand for HaaS in the Corporate and Public markets;
the potential for vigorous growth in our revenues from Services, with the structuring of the new business model (Positivo Tech Services); and
the gradual growth in penetration of our premium smartphone brand Infinix.
