1985-1994

Establishment of S.I.T.I.S. S.r.l., a system integrator company, and Trifolio S.r.l., the Group's office automation company

2006

Implementation and activation of aa proprietary wireless network

2001

Establishment of Planetel S.r.l., the OLO(1) national network services provider

2015

Planetel began laying proprietary fibre-optic networks in the provinces of Bergamo and Verona (northern Italy)

2010-2013

Establishment of ENJOIP S.r.l., and Acquisition of Servizi Internet S.r.l., a web and cloud computing company

Planetel's fiber-optic infrastructure stretches for 1.430 km, reaching 99 municipalities in the provinces of Bergamo, Brescia, Mantua and Verona.

2020

Planetel since end of December is listed on the Euronext GrowthMilan, the multilateral trading system run by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

2017-2019

Extension of the fiber-optic network, with the cabling of more than 50 municipalities in the provinces of Bergamo and Verona, with an extension of 450km.

Certifications ISO: 27001, 37001, model 231.

2021

Planetel is a group of four Companies: Planetel, Trifolio EnjoIP. DireteSrl. Merger of Sitisand ServiziInternet in Planetel.

Extension of more than 450 Km of the backbone in the districts of Milan-Brescia- Verona.

Core network upgrade to 100Gb/s. Access network increased to 2.5Gb/s. Next update at the end of 2021 at 10 Gb/s. Km. 1880, covered by + 161 municipalities.

Certifications 27017 and 27018 for Cloud and Cloud data.
