BUSINESS UPDATE

OPENING OF THE LARGEST "MEDICAL+BEAUTY" SERVICE CENTER IN THE GREATER BAY AREA

Perfect Shape Medical Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to provide a business update of the Company with the objective of enabling our shareholders and potential investors to appraise the Company's operational performance.

In view of the impressive result of the first service center adopting the "Medical+Beauty" operational model, the Group will open a flagship service center at "Habour City" in Tsim Sha Tsui to replicate this successful "Medical+Beauty" operational model in August 2021, with service area of 17,977 ft2. This service center provides "Medical (Pain Management)", "Health Screening" and "Medical Beauty" services to the customers.

Benefiting from the population of over 70,000,000 people in the Guangdong-HongKong-Macau Greater Bay Area (the "Greater Bay Area"), the demand for premium "Medical+Beauty" services constantly grows in the Greater Bay Area. As Hong Kong's advantageous position in the Greater Bay Area, the establishment of this service center will open up high-end "Medical Tourism" business and widen the customer spectrum of the Group, in which the potential customers from the Greater Bay Area who are looking for premium medical service in Hong Kong can have direct access to the Group's medical services.

The Group continues to look into any medical-related merger and acquisition opportunities in Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore and Mainland China apart from greenfield developments.
