The Management Board of Pelion S.A. of Łódź announces that on April 19th 2016 the Annual General Meeting of Pelion S.A. appointed the following Supervisory Board members:
Hubert Janiszewski
On the Supervisory Board of Pelion S.A. since 1999.
Education: PhD degree in Economics, Warsaw University of Technology, 1982; MA degree in Economics, Warsaw School of Economics, 1969.
Professional experience:
Present: Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DB Securities S.A., Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Bank PBC S.A., Member of the Supervisory Boards of Cognor S.A., Mediacap S.A., and MCI Management S.A.
