Enclosed for eTariff filing pursuant to the Interstate Commerce Act (ICA) and the regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) is the following tariff publication issued by Delaware Pipeline Company LLC (DPC):

All rates in the above proposed tariff are increased from the prior tariff rates that took effect on August 19, 2022 in Docket No. IS22-964. DPC is making this filing, in compliance with 18 C.F.R. § 342.3, to index the existing rates. The proposed rate in F.E.R.C. No. 3.15.0 has been calculated in accordance with the "Notice of Annual Change in the Producer Price Index for Finished Goods" ("Notice"), issued on May 16, 2023, in Docket No. RM93-11-000. The Notice requires that the current ceiling levels for FERC oil pipeline tariffs be revised by a positive multiplier of 1.133194. The proposed rate in F.E.R.C. No. 3.15.0 does not exceed the revised ceiling level.
Attached is a summary table for the DPC local tariff rate including the 2022 and 2023 index ceilings, current rate, and proposed rate.
