On December 11, 2021, Francis J. Malecha, who had been a member of the Board of Directors of Patterson Companies, Inc. since June 2018, provided notice of his resignation from the Board with immediate effect.
Patterson Companies, Inc. is a value-added specialty distributor serving the United States and Canadian dental supply markets and the United States, Canadian and United Kingdom animal health supply markets.
