Osaka, Japan - On March 22, Panasonic Group will renew its internal newsletter, which it has previously distributed to group employees only. The new newsletter will be available to the general public in the form of an online magazine.
Our company newsletter was founded nearly 100 years ago in 1927, when company founder Konosuke Matsushita published the first issue. Over the years, we have internally shared our group's Basic Business Philosophy and the activities of employees who embody them through the newsletter, contributing to the development of our corporate culture. As times have changed in its nearly 100 years in existence, so have the publication's themes. Since June 2022, our brand slogan, "Live your Best," has served as the publication's name.
The new online magazine will be widely disseminated to the public. By doing so, we aim to develop more proactive communication with not only our employees' families but also our customers, business partners, and those who are interested in learning more about our group's activities.
The concept of the online magazine is to help the public to connect with the people of Panasonic Group. The magazine will feature employees who are embodying the company slogan of "Live your Best," initiatives the company is taking to contribute to the well-being of society, introduce the aspirations and passions of our employees and touch on their challenges and ingenuity, as well as our group's philosophies and policies.
