The 'Migliori in Italia - Campioni del Servizio 2019/2010' [Best in Italy - 2019/2020 Champions of Service] survey developed by the German Quality and Finance Institute in cooperation with Goethe University in Frankfurt, and published by Repubblica - Business & Finance, listed Panariagroup among the outstanding companies in the Flooring and Tiles category.

The survey, now in its sixth edition, collected almost 230,000 consumer reviews regarding service received from more than 1200 companies from various sectors within the Italian economic system, and identified those that best met the expectations of consumers.
