THE IMPACT OF THE RECENT OUTBREAK OF COVID-19

ON BUSINESS OPERATIONS

This announcement is made by Ozner Water International Holding Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') on a voluntary basis. The purpose of this announcement is to keep the shareholders and potential investors of the Company informed of the latest business developments of the Group amid the recent outbreak of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) (the ''Epidemic'') in the People's Republic of China (the ''PRC'').

Since the outbreak of the epidemic across the mainland China, 31 provinces and cities have successively initiated Grade I response (the ''Grade I response'') to major public health emergency. The emergency response measures taken by the government of all levels including restricting the resumption date of work after the lunar New Year holiday for enterprises, forcing people into quarantine, and banning the movement of people and goods between different provinces and cities.

The income of the Group's water purification business mostly generated from offline services, and customers are widely covered in schools, office buildings, commercial chains, transportation hubs, hotels, medical institutions, commercial stores and living houses, etc. Meanwhile, the supply chain business is mainly targeted at customers such as electrical manufacturing factories. Under the impact of the corresponding emergency response measures taken by the Chinese government, economic activities are yet to be restored to normal levels for daily maintenance, overhaul, rent collection and new machine installation for water purification business users, and logistics services for the supply chain business. The business operations of the Group are materially and negatively impacted by the ''Epidemic''.

Affected by the implementation of large-scale traffic control measures by local governments, the deferral policy of operation resumption, and imposing forced quarantine on foreign workers for 14 days before resumption of work, the Group is facing the dilemma of temporary interruption of logistics and the inability of employees to return to work in some areas, and as a result the factories of the Group in Guangdong province have not been able to resume production, and the production capacity of its factories in Shaanxi province have not recovered to its daily levels.

In terms of capital works, the Group is still actively preparing fulfillment of relevant condition precedents for the closing of the subscription of the newly issued shares of the Group by Haier Electronics. The Board has been closely monitoring the development of the Epidemic and its possible impact on the Group's operating and financial position, and the Group will take appropriate measures when necessary and make further announcement in due course.

The Group has also adopted a comprehensive and strict preventive and control measures to defense against the COVID-19 in accordance with relevant Chinese government regulations, and has set up an ''emergency response team'' to ensure that the employees are able to work in a safe and healthy environment. At the same time, the Group has donated water purifiers and air purifiers to over a hundred hospitals across China, including hospitals in key areas of the Epidemic.

The Board considers that, in the long run, the outbreak of COVID-19 may lead consumers to pay more attention to their health in the future, and recognize the importance of the positive effect of water purification and air purification equipments with disinfection function for epidemic prevention and maintaining a healthy daily life, which in turn will have a positive impact on the long-term development of the Group's business.
