VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

IN RELATION TO DONATION FOR EPIDEMIC COUNTERING AND

SUPPORT TO WORK RESUMPTION

This announcement is made by Ozner Water International Holding Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') on a voluntary basis.

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic (the ''Epidemic'') across the mainland China in January 2020, 31 provinces and cities have successively initiated Grade I response (the ''Grade I response'') to major public health emergency and entered into counter-epidemic status. The Group has also been active in fulfilling its social responsibilities and social obligations by offering solid social support to epidemic prevention and control with practical actions. In this battle against epidemic countering, the Group has always been on the frontline. With its unique self-own after sales service system, the Group has overcame difficulties and offered quality services to clients, while actively offering its environmental power. The Group has donated hundreds of water purifiers and air purifiers to over a hundred hospitals across China, including hospitals in key areas of the Epidemic such as Leishenshan Hospital and Huoshenshan Hospital in Wuhan.

The Group has accumulated and precipitated massive technologies in respect of drink water, air purification and respiratory safety. In response to the need for work resumption and epidemic prevention and control, as well as the close concern over users' health and safety protection, the Group has recently supplied products like medical protective masks and multiple-use air purification and disinfectant testing equipment to market for offering individual users and business users with comprehensive health protection resolutions. According to the 2019 National Economic Census, the work population in relation to domestic legal entitles and individual business owners was 533,000,000, while as announced by the NDRC, the daily national production volume of mask was 116,000,000 as of 29 February 2020, which is far from enough in terms of the demand for full work resumption. On the other hand, the Epidemic in overseas, which was lagged behind the PRC, is now in outbreak period,

leading to the expected continuous shortage of mask products in a relatively long period. The shortage of protective products including mask is a practical problem pending to be addressed for the present epidemic prevention and control. During the Epidemic, by leveraging on its mature supple chain established by years of extensive accumulation and marketing system, the Group has urgently launched its protective mask production line and a new generation of medical air purification and disinfectant testing equipment (i.e. integrated prevention and disinfection equipment and so forth), in order to help expand national mask production capacities, address the shortage of epidemic supplies, support the national epidemic prevention and control, and help businesses resume work.

The Board believes that from a long-term prospective the outbreak of COVID-19 may promote health awareness among consumers in the future, leading them to pay more attention to protective products and the active role of water purification and air purification equipment with disinfection functions in preventing epidemic and maintaining daily healthy life, thereby having potential positive impact on the long-term development of the business of the Group.
