PROPOSED SUBSCRIPTION OF 894,841 NEW ORDINARY SHARES ("SUBSCRIPTION SHARES") IN THE CAPITAL OF OIO HOLDINGS LIMITED

- UPDATE - LISTING AND QUOTATION OF 894,841 SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used and not defined herein shall have the same meanings given to them in the Company's announcements dated 9 September 2021, 18 September 2021 and 28 September 2021 in relation to the Proposed Subscription ("Previous Announcements").

1. The Board of Directors ("Board") of OIO Holdings Limited ("Company") refers to the Previous Announcements. Following Completion of the Proposed Subscription, the Company had previously announced on 28 September 2021 that the 894,841 Subscription Shares were expected to be listed and quoted on Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 9.00 a.m., on 30 September 2021.
2. The Board wishes to update that the 894,841 Subscription Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 9.00 a.m., on 1 October 2021 instead.
