Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of NRS dated 22 February
2022 regarding the notice of the extraordinary General Meeting of NRS to be held
on Thursday 17 March 2022 at 09:00 CEST.

The nomination committee proposes that the board will be reduced from 7 to 5
members with 2 deputies. Emphasis has been on a board composition that provides
broad competence and experience, good continuity, and which supports
requirements for independence and gender balance. The proposed board has members
who can hold positions on audit committees and compensation committees. In
addition to the chairman / member of the two committees mentioned, the
nomination committee recommends that the board also elect a deputy chair to the
board.
