Plattsburgh New York, April 23, 2024 - Norsk Titanium (Euronext: NTI, OTCQX:
NORSF), a global leader in additive manufacturing for aerospace-grade structural
titanium components using its patented Rapid Plasma Deposition® (RPD®)
technology, today announces the signing of a long-term Master Supply Agreement
to support Airbus A350 production.

"This supply agreement further strengthens our relationship with Airbus
Aerostructures and represents a big step forward towards realizing our ambitions
in the aerospace market," said Norsk Titanium's CEO, Carl Johnson. "I want to
thank Airbus Aerostructures for their support during this thorough process in
making Norsk Titanium a trusted supplier to the Airbus Aerostructures supply
chain. We look forward to a successful continued partnership with the Airbus
ecosystem."

The long-term Master Supply Agreement for recurring production for the A350
commercial airplane program is entered into between Norsk Titanium US Inc. and
Airbus Aerostructures GmbH, and builds on the successful qualification of the
RPD® technology with Airbus and delivery of serial production parts in 2023.

The supply agreement outlines the contractual framework for Airbus to procure
parts from Norsk Titanium on a long-term basis under defined terms. Different
parts are being qualified to enter serial production, governed by the Master
Supply Agreement. Subject to this qualification Norsk Titanium expects to see
the first revenue generating deliveries under the Master Supply Agreement during
the second quarter 2024.

About Norsk Titanium:

Norsk Titanium is a global leader in metal 3D printing, innovating the future of
metal manufacturing by enabling a paradigm shift to a clean and sustainable
manufacturing process. With its proprietary Rapid Plasma Deposition® (RPD®)
technology and installed production capacity to generate annual revenues of
approximately USD 300 million, Norsk Titanium offers cost-efficient 3D printing
of value-added metal parts to a large addressable market. RPD® technology uses
significantly less raw material, energy, and time than traditional
energy-intensive forming methods, presenting customers with an opportunity to
