NOBLE GROUP LIMITED Noble Group appointed Frank Russo as Group Head of Internal Audit, with effect from October 5. He will report directly to Noble Group ceo Yusuf Alireza and to the company's audit committee. Russo has more than 24 years of audit, risk and capital management experience. He was previously at GE Capital, where he was managing director and head of audit for the energy, aviation and insurance divisions.
Before GE, he was at Deloitte & Touche for more than eight years at as a senior advisor for governance, regulatory and risk strategy. He has also spent six years at ABN Amro Bank as director and senior portfolio manager for the North America oil and gas credit portfolio.
