MySale Group plc Announces the Appointment of Iain Mcdonald as Non-Executive Chairman; Announces Revenue Results for the Year Ended June 30, 2015; Provides Earnings Guidance for the Year 2016

MySale Group plc announced the appointment of Iain McDonald as non-executive Chairman with immediate effect. Iain is currently a partner with the William Currie Group. Iain is also Non-Executive Director of Anatwine, Atterley.com, The Hut Group and Houseology.com. Previously, Iain was a top-ranked retail & e-commerce analyst.

The company announced revenue results for the year ended June 30, 2015. For the year, revenue increased by 5% to AUD 235 million.

The Group anticipates that the positive momentum of the second half of fiscal year 2015 shall continue into the current financial year with increasing revenues, improving gross profit margins and careful control of costs delivering an expected return to EBITDA profitability in the coming year 2016.
