MySale Group plc Announces Board Changes

MySale Group plc announced changes to the board with the appointment of Donna Player and Mark Bayliss as Non-Executive Directors and with Wally Muhieddine and Dow Famulak resigning as Non-Executive Directors. Mats Weiss is also resigning as a Director, effective immediately, although will remain as Chief Financial Officer to the Group.
