Moss Bros Group plc Announces Appointment of Alex Gersh as Non-Executive Director, Effective 1 November 2017

Moss Bros Group PLC announces the appointment of Alex Gersh as a Non-Executive Director. He will join the Board on 1 November 2017. Alex is currently the CFO of FTSE 100 listed business Paddy Power Betfair Group. Alex will become Chairman of the Audit Committee in May 2018, when, as previously announced, the current Chairman of Audit, Bryan Portman, retires from the Board.
