OJSC MICEX-RTS's president Ruben Aganbegian left to join Otkritie Financial Corporation. He will take up the post of chief executive at Otkritie Financial Corporation. Otkritie's chief executive is currently company shareholder Vadim Belyaev.

He is expected to become president of Nomos Bank, which is being taken over by Otkritie. Aganbegian replaced Konstantin Korischenko as head of MICEX in 2010 and was responsible for its merger with the RTS. Alexander Afanasyev was appointed chief executive of the merged exchange in June 2012, but Aganbegian retained the post of president.

Since graduating from the Moscow State Legal Academy in 1995 he has worked at PriceWaterhouse, Clifford Chance, Credit Suisse First Boston, Troika Dialog and Renaissance Capital.
