On July 22, 2020, Montage Resources Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing among other things, that the Company has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to sell its non-core wellhead gathering infrastructure in Ohio, the Company's second quarter 2020 preliminary production performance and the Company's second quarter 2020 earnings release and conference call schedule.
