Codes and Policies Updates

MHP SE (LSE: MHPC), the parent company of a leading international agro-industrial group with headquarters in Ukraine, focusing primarily on the production of poultry and cultivation of grain, as well as other agricultural operations (meat processing and meat products ready for consumption) today announces that after migration of its office from Luxembourg to Cyprus, the Company has updated its Codes and Policies. Hereinafter, MHP SE and its subsidiaries are referred to as "MHP", "The Company" or "The Group".

Corporate Governance Charter

In drawing up the Corporate Governance Charter (the "Charter"), the Company confirms its commitment to compliance with the Companies Law of Cyprus, CAP 113 and voluntary compliance to the fullest extent practical with the corporate governance regime stated in the UK Corporate Governance Code (the "Code"), which is reproduced in Annex A to this Charter. The Company upholds and will practice the highest standards of ethics and integrity in its relationships with its shareholders, directors, personnel, the business community and other third parties, including government and regulatory agencies. Share Dealing Codes and Policies

Securities Dealing Codes and Policy (together with ancillary documents) are designed to assist the Company and its subsidiaries, persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Company and certain other employees of the Company and its subsidiaries that have access to inside information (1) to comply with their obligations under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) in relation to dealings in securities of the Company; and (2) to follow prevailing UK best practice with respect to such dealings.
