YAVNE, Israel (AP) — YAVNE, Israel (AP) — MediWound Ltd. (MDWD) on Tuesday reported a loss of $2.2 million in its third quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Yavne, Israel-based company said it had a loss of 24 cents.

The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 45 cents per share.
