Max Financial Services Limited Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on July 23, 2018 appointed Mr. Analjit Singh as an additional director on the Board of Directors of the company, in capacity of non-executive Chairman, effective from July 23, 2018. He shall hold office till upcoming Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the company.
