Matrix Service Company announced that it has appointed Liane K. Hinrichs to serve as a member of its Board of Directors following a temporary increase in Board size from seven to eight members. Ms. Hinrichs term commenced on June 5, 2018. The size of the Board will revert to seven when Board Chairman Tom E. Maxwell retires at the end of his current term, which will coincide with the 2018 Annual Meeting. Maxwell will have served 15 years at the time of his retirement. Hinrichs served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for McDermott International Inc. until her retirement in 2017. From 1999 until 2008, Ms. Hinrich held positions of increasing responsibility at McDermott including Senior Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, Corporate Compliance and Transactions, and Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
