M&C S.p.A. FINANCIAL CALENDAR for 2016

As required by article 2.6.2.1.b) - section 2.6 - part 2 of the Market Regulation for stock exchanges organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., M&C S.p.A. communicates the dates for the approval of its financial data during 2016.

23 March 2016 Board of directors' meeting - approval of the separate financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2015 in draft and approval of the individual financial statements.

27 April 2016 Board of directors' meeting - approval of the interim financial report at 31 March 2016.

27 April 2016 Ordinary shareholders' meeting - on first call - approval of the separate financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2015.

12 May 2016 Ordinary shareholders' meeting - on second call - approval of the separate financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2015.

27 July 2016 Board of directors' meeting - approval of the interim financial report at 30 June 2016.

9 November 2016 Board of directors' meeting - approval of the interim financial report at 30 September 2016.
