(4 April 2022) - Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited ("Lukfook" / the "Group") (Stock Code: 00590) is pleased to announce the building of the "Lukfook Jewellery Cultural and Creative Industrial Park" ("the Park") at the Three Gorges International Jewellery Expo Park in Yichang City, Hubei Province, which occupies approximately 35,694 square meters of land with a gross floor area of 80,000 square meters for all facilities at the Park, expecting to come onstream in 2024 to further optimise the industrial chain and proliferate its Mainland China business.

Mr. Wong Wai Sheung, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lukfook Group, said, "It is with great confidence and gratitude that the project is in place in which we look forward to the future that the Lukfook Jewellery Cultural and Creative Industrial Park will serve its role as the Group's Central China headquarters. The Park is expected to reach an annual consolidated output of RMB 2 billion in five years, creating considerable job opportunities for local communities. Located in Wufeng National Industrial Park, the Three Gorges International Jewellery Expo Park is a platform to undertake the transfer of coastal jewellery industry to the mainland. It is a prime site integrating research and development, production and processing, exhibition and sales, and cultural and creative specialties of the jewellery industry.
