Lotus's Retail Growth Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund (LPF)

Krung Thai Asset Management PCL. ("KTAM") as the management company of Lotus's 
Retail Growth Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund (LPF) would like to notice
the 40th  dividend payment and also notice the book closing date for determining
 the right of unitholders to receive the dividend payment details as follows:

1. The 40th dividend payment from the operation period during December 1, 2021 
to February 28, 2022 and retained earnings at the rate of Baht 0.1873 per unit
which the management company will pay the dividend to unitholders on May 20,
2022.
2. The book closing date for determining the right of unitholders to receive the
 payment of dividend will be on May 5, 2022.
